  • While we ensure timely dispatch, Unnati Infotech is not liable for minor delivery delays caused by courier partners due to bad weather, regional lockdowns, or unforeseen logistical issues.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
